"I checked in to find my original room hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. I went downstairs to inform the lady at check in and she apologised profusely and said she would upgrade me to a superior room. I was really pleased about this as I would have been happy with my original room just being cleaned by housekeeping. The lady at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, but you can open the window and you will be alright. Please, check the pictures and reviews of other costumers before booking. There is a short walk throug the courtyard to get to the hotel, which some people might not like. It was perfectly safe. "
