"Spent an amazing few nights at Faofao fales. The fale is right on the beach and a great place to relax. The family that run these fales are very friendly and beautiful hosts. The meals were so tasty and enjoyed lovely cocktails on the eating area veranda looking out over the ocean. Will definitely return here. The mosquito nets were intact, the mattresses comfortable and the shared bathroom facilities were well kept and cleaned. The location is close to To Sua trench and lolmanu beach however...

"To be clear: * There's no ensuites in the fales. Bathroom is a shared block. * There's no soaps, shampoo etc * There's no hot water. (Given the temps of Samoa many places don't have hot water. On my last night after an amazing trip in Samoa I took a shower in this time the owner's son and nephew broke into my room stealing over $700 tala and items.
