"I like to support local businesses and this seems like one. Check-in was a little off the norm but acceptable. Host had his shirt on inside out when he popped out of the back room. LOL It was almost 70 degrees and we had the door open to our room. The host asked us if we wanted chairs to sit outside and asked us to close the door to our room because the heat was on. The rooms are very dark when the door is shut. We wanted fresh air too. We just arrived 30 minutes ago after a 3 hour drive....

"We were not told it was under construction but they offered to get us another hotel. We checked out our room and it was newly renovated and clean so we stayed. Breakfast had lots of choices."

"Very cute and well situated place to stay. Nice to have fruits, coffee, chips, oat milk, etc. at our disposal was a plus. The bedroom and the bathroom are big. The balcony is also a plus. Only the pillows which are big are painful for the neck. We ended up sleeping without pillows. We will come back!"

"This was a very beautiful property with a waterfall on the property and more waterfalls nearby. The room was really clean, with new carpet and wallpaper. Has a German theme, which is kind of cool. The German food at the Brauhaus Was good. The entertainment was fun and the owner Wendy was very hospitable. We are definitely going back next year to see the colorful leaves again. My wife loved it!"
