"I would like to highlight that the playroom is very unpleasant. It could have new toys and a better infrastructure to entertain the children. Toys were all broken, missing parts and etc. my daughter didn't want to stay there for more than 3 minutes. Thepositive highlight was the filet mignon sandwich that we ordered in our room. It was delicious and well served."

"I like very much. For a short time is great place ( I was there 10 days ) There is not restaurant, no laundry. They charge for parking your car ( was surprise ) But I love the hotel. "

"Another 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff are so good but English is limited. Carlos on reception is the guy to go to if you want an English speaker. Breakfast is good and plentiful."

"The hotel is great! Everything was in great condition! The staff was outstanding! The bellman took care of our luggage quickly and they were able to let us check in early, very nice after 15 hours traveling. The restaurant food and service was outstanding. We really enjoyed the Chateaubriand and linguado."
