After about 5 attempts they finally picked up the phone and they give me the information which they supposed to do at least 24 hours before our arrival. "No one there to meet you. Had to call a number and the guy tells hou what room to go to. We had two rooms, both were already occupied. Tried to call back but no one woukd pick up. We left and found another hitel close by luckily. "
