"Really enjoyed my stay at Coco Garden. The owner Ray, his associates George and Gerri Lynn made my experience in El Nido memorable. Treated me and every other guest like family. Ray will do what he can to assist in your travels. The property itself is close to Vanilla Beach and some eateries. It’s more chill than the standard hostel. Rent a scooter and you’ll be good. "I love the interior design of the house, it's very cozy and warmth. I love the location because it's peaceful and quiet but it has some disadvantages; the location is quite far from the city and if youre travelling with senior citizen do not book the second floor(that was my mistake) because it's a struggle for them to climb the stairs but they loved the view upstairs. "We didn't stay in CED due to lock of facilities. No food available, we have to pay 400pesos back and forth to get foods, no cell signal. Poor internet connection in the room. The room is smell bad seems like no one cleaning or occupying for a long period of time. The toilet not flushing. So, we had to decide and paid another hotel to stay so our vacation will not end up with stress. If you could please guide us how we can refund our money back and it would be much appreciated. "
