Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"The hotel is in a good spot for exploring Cerdanya and is on a main road below Bellver de Cerdanya which is a lovely small town with bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel is older style but very comfortably furnished and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant on Sunday evening, the 25e 3 course menu had good choices and included wine. It is also possible to get snacks from the bar. Breakfast buffet simple and good. We would have given a higher score but the pool area was closed...

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. We had a view over the front door, where they also set the tables for the pub/restaurant, so it was a little noisy until late (especially given that it was 2 days before new years'.
