"We have stayed here before and will Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to fill yourself up. No cooked food other than boiled eggs - but they’re were lovely. "The room for a family of 4 was adequate for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness was fine. Arriving on a Saturday afternoon to find the hotel was closed and we had to let ourselves in. Restaurant was also closed and the area did not have anything close by....we eventually ate at a place that was 6km away. Functional if you just want a rest stop."

"This location was very easy check in. We had a car rental and they have secure parking in the back for a small fee which worked for our stay. The room was clean and spacious which was a nice change since most rooms are small here in Europe. We did not use the breakfast option since we felt it was a bit pricey but opted to go to the market to buy some items. They had a small refrigerator and coffee pot with cream & sugar was nice. Overall our stay was great and may return again if in the area. "
