"The property is overall in good condition and repainted and partially renovated. Every square inch of the property, inside and out had been re-painted. Great value for a short stay, good coffee, and convenient location. The A/C filter however was terribly dirty and possibly moldy. Eyes and sinuses reacted as soon as we turned it on. We were okay for one night however. "
