"I found it a bit tricky to check in. Everything self service and no staff available for questions. We stayed for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come to clean or restock. We ran out of coffee and toilet paper. The shampoo and body wash bottles hardly had anything in them. Good thing I happened to have a soap bar in my emergency pack. "

"We stayed at Hotel Marcher for 4 nights in the last week of Jan 2024. We felt very at home at the hotel. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful all through our stay. We felt like we had family looking after us. Housekeeping does a great job and I must thank you for the bidet that keeps the seat warm. The hotel and its rooms were all well maintained, designed and intentionally decorated. We will miss staying here, thank you for your hospitality."
