"The property was a described. We had a hiccup with check in, but the property owner was responsive and the matter was resolved in literally 2 minutes. Excellent communication. The property was wonderful. As 2 females far from home, we felt very safe because of the thoughtful and intentional ways it was made safe (window stops, good locks, etc.). We were really impressed with everything and would happily return. "

"First and foremost, the desk clerk, Glen, was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and patient. He upgraded our room to an interior entrance to make us feel safe, but... the first room smelled musty and the heater was extremely loud, so he moved us, but... The heater did not work and baby roaches were all over the nightstand. We did not even set our suitcases down before walking out! We were able to get a refund and in the future I will do more research before booking a room! "
