Self check in seemed easy with our first room but the second room was considerably more difficult and the machine was temperamental and it took 6 tries to eventually get it sorted. Tried the phone number on the wall that was given in case of any issues and it would not work. (not the best with a child tired after a 12 hour drive. But beside that it was fine and convinient."

But it was easy to book , friendly staff, nice clean room , no problem that I had 2 small dogs , the price for them to stay was very reasonable, the breakfast in the morning was very good , everything fresh and plenty, great selection of food The only thing that was a bit cumbersome , the hotel had no lift up to the rooms , and as someone with walking problems, it was a bit of an inconvenience. "
