"What an incredible experience! We absolutely adored our stay with Roberto and Vittoria. The hotel is so cosily decorated and Roberto and Vittoria give you true Italian family hospitality - you feel like part of the family and you’re given a great introduction to Montepulciano with a drive around with Roberto when you first arrive. Roberto and Vittoria were also so kind with our 9 month old baby, who utterly adored them. Vittoria’s breakfast cakes are divine too!! "

"If Mario is cooking then you know you’re in for a treat. Everyone was amazing to interact with and more than welcoming throughout the stay. "We stayed at this location for one night located a few miles outside of town. The bedroom was very simple but clean, came with a firm bed and two flat pillows (this is probably one thing they can invest in) and no mini fridge. There was a balcony with two chairs and a great view. Montepulciano is a beautiful town and is worth to visit. We had the breakfast included where you can chose from a menu the night before. The breakfast was great with tables that had enough space between the customers....

"Unfortunately Expedia fouled up our booking so when we arrived there was no room for us. It appears this is not the first time it had happened and the hotel manager were very embarrassed. However, the hotel manager was marvellous, he found and booked us into another hotel, about five miles away, which turned out to be excellent. We returned to Oasis the next day for lunch and had a superb meal."
