"The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was a good place to stay. There were many restaurants in the plaza, same building area, so easy to get to. The meals I had were very good. The only downside is there really isn't anything around the hotel, so while you have many options inside, that's pretty much it. But, I would stay again for close to the airport."

"It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay. That included helping me get an upgrade to a suite at a time when the hotel was almost completely booked. Ms. Noor at the front desk was gracious and professional. "This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine."

"Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait."
