"There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!"

This place is a disaster by all means for the following reasons: 1-Rooms are extremely tight with no air conditioning in a very hot summer. 2-Sixteen rooms share only 2 toilet seats and 2 shower rooms. 3-toilet rooms are beyond disaster. There are pee drops on the rims and water flooding most of the time. 4-Showers are unprepared and offer nothing. "Start with the pros: staff are amazing, will go out of their way. Location is amazing and unbeatable. Wifi is good and fast. Some cons: room didn't feel very clean - bed linen full of hairs. Hot water is only available for limited hours a day and even then, quite luke warm. "

"The Jordan tower hotel is basic, but if you’re looking for somewhere just to be based for a couple of days, it’s in a very good location. Also the staff were very helpful, with breakfast included. But the location is very central, it means there is a lot of noise from outside, so bring noise cancelling headphones and/or earplugs. "I was greeted by the Desk Clerk in a very friendly manner and was shown to my room. The breakfast consisted of varied vegetables, boiled eggs, cheese, bread, cereal, orange juice and coffee."

"The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had hair on them. They did not change the sheets and covers. I felt itchy skin when I woke up. In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft. The place is not safe and not comfortable. "It was very hard to find (do NOT use Google maps - it will take you to the wrong location). Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. I didn't particularly care, but something to consider if that is important to you. The dorm beds are all open, so no room with doorways, but the hotel was pretty quiet.
