"We came to Crosslake for the Winterfest. Nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Clean pool and hot tub area. All equipment worked. Highly recommend. Liked the north woods theme."

"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in...

Guest Services staff were great-- contacted me ahead with check in information and provided a number should we need anything during our stay; also worked with us on a late check out which was appreciated! Space was quiet, clean, and prepped for us without issue. Had hopes for more comfortable pillows...a minor thing in the grand scheme of things. It wouldn't deter us from booking another stay at...

"We had a short get away with our family that included 8 adults, 3 kids under 6 and 2 infants. We had more than enough room for everyone and found quiet spots for the infants.The pictures of the cabin are very accurate, it really is that beautiful. It came very well stocked, had everything we needed. Plenty of games for the kids and even little light up toys for them. The kids thought the upstairs was amazing with the two bunkbeds and huge bedroom. The owners were very accommodating and...

"The home is super clean, beautiful, cozy and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with the right pans, dishes and utensils we needed to make meals. The bed was comfy. The view overlooking the lake is fantastic!Although the weather was cool during our stay, we were able to check out the little tiki bar and beach area. The beach is sandy and level.
