"The room was very big, clean and spacious. It does need updating but good enough for us to sleep, wash and change. Lovely sea view spoilt by the grills on the balcony ( apparently for safety reasons as it was a family room) Friendly staff , recently taken over by owners of asterias village who plan to upgrade the property. No wi fi , telephone in room or TV working ATM . Didn't matter to us. Location is perfect for all 3 villages. Pool areas too quiet for us so didn't spend a lot of time there.....

"Iro hotel felt a little abandoned as there were no reception staff, restaurant or pool bar at the hotel. All the services were next door at Sergio hotel. Restaurant in Sergio was very good and staff extremely helpful and friendly. A little more information for the guests in Hotel Iro would have been good. First night we did not know where to go for dinner. When we found it it was great, as was the greek entertainment and dancing after dinner. A very nice surprise. "
