"I especially like that you can check in later. But what made this hotel my choice was that the crime rate is minimal AND , ( although I don't have a pet right now ) the fact that they allow pets !! I will definitely stay there again."

"I didn't stay. When I arrived at the hotel, at 11:00 pm, they had no clean rooms available and told me that it would be at least 40 minutes to have one cleaned. I attempted to cancel the reservation through Hotels.com, but they said I had to do it at the hotel, which cost me additional time. The hotel said they wouldn't charge me. Still waiting to see if they tried."
