"Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. "We chose Albergo Garni Defrancesco for our cycling holiday in the Dolomites because of the good price and location in Campitello din Fassa. "Greif is ideally located in a spacious & astoundingly picturesque position. It has 2 private ski shuttle busses & ski hire. It has the most beautiful large pool and indoor outdoor in the snow spa. It has its own multi talented muso for entertainment. The breakfast buffet is huge with every conceivable choice. Highly recommended. Just keep it a secret. 😂 "

"My friend and I stayed at Residence Contrin on a hiking trip to the dolomites. The small kitchen was just enough with everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The apartment was clean, and laundry on the property was very handy. The location was great, a short walk into town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again. "

"Location is quite good, 5-8 minutes to town. Good price for room and half board. Room is clean and comfortable with old furniture. Bathroom is small. Room could be upgraded with modern renovation. Service is good in reception and restaurant. Dinning room is nice and pleasant. "

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium. I checked out the bar and enjoyed a Negroni sfogliati (sp?) which was a first (Prosecco instead of gin). Sold!!! The public shuttle made it easy to go into town. Loved my brief stay but I’ll be back. "

Charming place, great food, note the church bells

"What a charming place! The breakfast was splendid. We ate one night of dinner board there and the second across the street at the sister restaurant. Was great to have that variety. The only drawback to our stay was the constant church bells every 15 mins and the rooster in the mornings. Be aware that the bells ring until 11 pm and start at 7 am. Made it hard to go to bed early or nap at all. I know this isn’t in the control of the hotel. But in the summer when you need the door/windows open it’s something to consider or don’t forget the earplugs. Another plus is the nice little yard areas to sit outside, have a drink, read a book. "
