"This place is a student residence property but it was surprisingly quiet we had no problems with noise. It was also good to see a lot of student movement which gave it a safe environment around the area. The room is spacious and if you need a blow dryer you can ask at reception. It is not near the duomo but you can take a metro line which is a block away from the place. Overall good for price."

"You pay for what you got. The staff are kind and are there 24h/24h. The room was great and the bathroom was there. The breakfast wasn’t really great, you dont have much choice. There were cereals but no milk. The hotel is located near subways. It’s okay for the price but it’s really not luxury. "

"This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It’s a clean room with a good bed and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was kept very clean. It is very close to bus, tram, and metro lines to get around Milan and the proximity to Linate Aeroporto is very convenient. It’s basic but it’s a good option for solo travelers who want more privacy than a hostel or travelers who have an early flight out of Linate. "

"There isn’t real address, had to find it by following a taxi cab. Front desk lady didn’t speak English and their card machine didn’t work, even tried several credit cards. At this point, I tried to cancel and front desk lady said no, that I had to pay, No bank available within a reasonable distance. There were prostitutes just outside the hotel. "

"The staff we dealt with were hit and miss. The person who helped us to check in was kind of rude, but everyone else were nice. But be warned, the hotel will preauthorise payment for your stay, without asking you. And it will take 1 month for the money to be returned (as per hotel staff). So I had no choice, but paying with that cc & got a really bad exchange rate. Also, the room we stayed were really old and nothing works properly. "I wouldn’t even know where to begin but I’ll condense it to 3 main points. 1) First of all, there are repair works all around the place so it was very hard to even spot where the entrance door was. This may be overlooked as a minor issue but it would’ve been courteous for them to let us know especially as I spoke to the reception staff a day before getting there.
