"Well placed for visiting valencia friendly receptionist and well arranged room. Warm in hotel and room for us but luckily we could open the internal window a little for fresh air. Bed comfy but oddly the quilt didnt have a quilt cover and was simply between 2 bedsheets. Overall great for a weekend stay."

Alle Angestellten, ob im Restaurant, an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum, Reinigungspersonal oder Techniker, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Je nach Lage des Zimmers hoher Lärmpegel an Verkehr."

"When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. The room was beautiful but a little small in space for our bags. The area for improvement is the bar service. We have to go to the bar two times to ask for service...

"Great Stay for the beach area, shame pool area was closed due to season. Not cheap for food and drink so we eat and drank in some of the best restaurants around the beach area instead."

"Easy check-in and check-out. Convenient location. Bartender was cool. The only thing we didn't like was finding a lot of hair in the shower. There was head hair and pubic hair on the glass and on the shower floor. "

"It's new but not finished. Lots of little things that need attention. the patio door would not lock, plug in the sink did not work, bin bags not in bins, kettle would only work in certain sockets. Fixture and fittings are all to a high standard, shower hot and powerful. Noise from next door was quite loud so soundproofing wasn't the best. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. For the money it was very good. "
