"We loved our stay at Qii house, exactly what we needed for R&R together and celebrating Christmas. Being amongst the forest and wildlife was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Heather for your very warm and generous welcome gift and great communication. Our Qii house Christmas will be one to remember for a very long time. "

"Good place to stop by on the great ocean road. Lovely farm and views of the sea from the property. The shared kitchen was well equipped and dining room/lounge were large enough to accommodate guests. Room did get cold but a heater was provided and the beds were very comfy. Shared bathrooms were clean. "

"Budget friendly accommodation in the heart of Apollo Bay. We opted for the budget room with shared bathroom. The bathroom is cleaned daily and spacious. Room was comfortable with basic amenities. Definitely a good option if you’re wanting to save money but still enjoy the beautiful Apollo Bay and surroundings. "

"One of the best motels we have ever been. The reception and management were most friendly and kind. Very generous. The pool and spa was amazing, and just a walking distance from the beach. Things that can improve is clothing line (possibly?), refill toilet papers esp for long staying guests, uncover the spa during the opening hours. "

"The rooms are small but comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The room and bathroom had been updated. The pool seemed unused and a little green, but the lounge area had seating in the common area. The location is walkable to restaurants and shops as well as the beach. "

"A little gem! Lovely quiet spot with a courtyard, beautiful gardens and parking next to our terrace room. Great cafe / dinner recommendations from our host in easy walking distance, as were shops and beach. "

"The property is on Great Ocean Road in the heart of the Lorne beachfront. It has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean. Surprisingly, it is quiet after 9:30 p.m. in January—a very family-friendly area. The staff at the motel were very friendly. The room was spacious, with added touches of silverware and real wine glasses. The finishings were a little tired but it did not detract from the comfort of our stay. "
