"We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine. The swimming pool doesn't have warm...

"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. "The Palace Hotel Herviz is a good solid nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love the glass elevators. The staff were friendly and efficient.
