"The explanation says the front desk opens 24/7 but the my check in was refused, even I sent the message that about late check in."

The phone is outside but no note to advise you to call with the phone outside. I have to wechat my hk friend to call to get room # and password. Some of the negative reviews that almost turned me off coming here are with hindsight like people booking a budget airline then getting mad that the seats have less legroom than they're used to.
