"My flight was super late getting in and I arrived at the hotel in the small hours. However, the reception is 24 hours at Hotel Galera. I was greeted warmly by the host who knew I was arriving 👏👏💪🔥❤️ and promptly checked in. The room was absolutely spotless, SUPER Clean and the TV and fridge in perfect working order. The bed was nicely made and the level of firmness I adore. The position of the hotel is beside the local stadium and bus station and just out of the way of the main strip and...

"This place is an air conditioned hotel room with bathroom. In my case the shower head was broken, and the shower head hanging bracket was broken. Apparently they can't be bothered to fix it. To use the ridiculously small desk, you have to sit on the bed. The cafeteria is also permanently closed. They will not give you plates or silverware. They also will not allow visitors under any circumstances."

"We loved these apartments, we had the best view of the ocean from our balcony and even a view from the shower. The apartments are quite old which is good as it means you get space and lots of room. We booked a 2 bedroom and had lots of space in the kitchen, loungers balcony. The bar downstairs is great with good homely food and good dry is are very reasonable prices. Clean apartments and a service clean every 2 days. It’s a great spot with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance....

"I felt that the property was perfect for our 5 day stay in Ibiza. It was close to the supermarkets, ticket shops, food places, and walking distance to cafe mambo/del mar. The only negative thing I would say is that the night guard didn’t speak any English which made communication difficult when needing help with something. However overall a very positive experience! I also feel the photos advertised undersell the apartment, as we were expecting 5 beds in one room, so were pleasantly surprised...

"On arrival the pool was green with rubish floating in it. This was not cleaned until the second day of our holiday. During our weeks stay our room was not cleaned once, we had to go to reception for toilet rolls and clean towls. Reception were not at all friendly and seemed to answer every request (i.e. taxi, hairdryer) with NO....the kitchen was basic with no toaster."
