"Loved the affordable price. Confused a kitchenette had zero dishes or pots. Disliked being woke by housekeeping at 9 to ask if I knew checkout was at 11. We were well aware and didn’t like feeling like we were annoying them not being gone already. "

"Very nice hotel with a good bar/restaurant. The food was very good and they had a nice selection of bourbons. The hotel has underground parking, which was a nice surprise. If you are are going to watch the Jayhawks play football, it's just across the street. Next time I'm in KC, I'll stay here. "

"We were there for two nights. We left our room around 10 a.m. of the first day. When we returned about 5 pm there had been no house keeping. We do not expect fresh bed linens! But, we would expect that used towels and wash cloths would have been removed from the bathroom floor, the trash emptied and coffee packets refreshed for our second morning."

"The iron was scorched and of course could not be used. However, the front desk replaced it with a new one. Sometimes when I walked to the desk there was no one available without calling aloud for assistance."

"Stay was pretty good but we had a smell in our room they did offer to move us but only had room was on first floor we declined it but the next day when we returned to our room after 11:00 our keys would not work clerk at front desk told us they didn’t do anything but our room had got changed tried to explain what happened which was the same clerk from the night before but she wouldn’t listen.
