"Good quality hotel in an excellent location for Oslo city centre and all that is on offer. It was a little strange that the check-in desk is also the bar! Further, there were times when the staff were busy elsewhere meaning both check-in and bar were unattended which was not completely satisfactory. However, all the staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself has character and the rooms and communal areas were clean & tidy. Breakfast was good with a varied choice of hot and cold food....

"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. "Everything was good just the rooms are quite small with kids. Hotel and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely only problem was to find table even we booked a slot to avoid the crowd. But overall was good holiday. "

"I stayed while on an overnight layover. Very easy to find the shuttle bus and buy ticket from vending machine. The driver also takes credit cards. Shuttle is overpriced, but the room was dirt cheap so I can’t complain. Wonderful breakfast was laid out starting at 4:00. Perfect for those with early flights. "
