"I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again."

Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage. But it also wasn’t that bad that it ruined the stay. Would come back!"

"AVOID!! Didn't feel safe in this property i had to move and pay for somewhere else the first night, area not secured as gates left open, loud music & cars beeping late at night. People running back and forth shouting outside our room, men leaving room doors open so everyone could see inside. Room was smelly, dirty and worn down. Did not look anything like the pictures displayed."

"The location was good, close to a handful of Metro stations with Strasbourg St Denis being the closest on a direct line from Gare du Nord. The area was quiet having no through traffic and not that many through pedestrians either yet within 5-10 minutes walking there were ample bars and restaurants to choose from.
