"The room had to beds and a sofa for a third person, and they still charged for sleeping on the sofa. The sofa was not very comfortable "

"Convenient to the airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. Airport shuttle service is limited so I took a taxi both to the hotel and then back to the airport. Would stay here again."

"The room was clean with all the necessary equipments but small. The breakfast was excellent. The employees was very helpful. Only particularity: part of the wall next to the bed was opening directly in the bathroom. Did not like it. "

"We have a great week at the hotel, was beautiful and with close access to the metro. Employees were friendly and assisted at all times, buffet area was great and my family enjoy the hotel. Definitely would comeback back on another trip to Madrid, is not in the center but the are is perfect and have good restaurants near. Raul from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 Quality Properties PR"

"The location is great, close to subway station very convenient, but room very small, especially bathroom space that you can shower properly. Cant not imagine if you are a bigger man. I am women 5.4 feet."

"Its very nice hotel, I arrive early and they accept early check in without any extra charge and I also late check out and they did not charge me and also helps me with my baggage, the wifi is very good and there is plenty of hot water and tub in bathroom, I enjoyed, very recommended "
