"Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "

"Out of town, remote n a side lane. Very difficult to locate, badly signposted from town. Car park detached on adjacent open field, totally open to public and therefore insecure. Spacious room. Individual meal prices exorbitant. Swimming pools closed for season, but we had not been informed of this when booking. "

"Beautiful historic building right in the heart of the old town. The attentive and knowledgeable staff was ready to help me with all the information I needed - their suggestions were spot on. The room, although a little outdated, had all the modern needs to make them functional. Bathroom pristine clean. I look forward to be back."
