"Staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. The only issue is that the guests upstairs were quite loud (walking, rolling suitcases??) and it was very intrusive. I never heard other guests on our floor but there must be little insulation between floors. "

"Great location for the tapas area, room was great and comfortable and staff at reception very helpful/friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with items running short several times, more staff would help here. Plus a second coffee machine would be sensible. Parking was ok but we had many problems with accessing it with the card issued."
