"Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel. "

"Décevant! L’annonce indique qu’il y a un parking, la dame qui nous a reçu nous assure qu’il n’y en a pas et que nous devons nous stationner dans un stationnement public que l’on doit trouver. Plus tard on lit sur le site qu’ils donnent normalement des réductions pour le stationnement et une « guestcard » pour les transports publics. Nous n’avons rien reçu. Ils indiquent que la réception est ouverte de 8h30 à 17h. Personne à 16h05 et à 9h15 le lendemain! L’annonce indique qu’il y a une buanderie,...

"The hotel was not clean. The breakfast had hair in it TWICE. Room service was awful. The internet was broken for 4 days. There is NO pool and NO spa service on the premises (you have to call a number external to the hotel and book yourself. I would not spend 30€ per night on this hotel."
