"We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Leona's home while visiting Jim Thorpe with friends! The one benefit to my parents living in rural Pennsylvania is that there is a never-ending selection of fresh produce right down the road. This farm market, on the corner of two busy roads, is my favorite. They have a tiny room of decorations for your home which I like to view but my favorite part has to be the tables and tables of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. The air is rich with a sweet, delicious scent. Your mouth will water -- that's how fresh everything is! It's also really cheap. Seriously, the best fruits and veggies I've ever had for snacking and cooking has come from this place. Every time I visit my parents I make it a point to visit there and take armfuls of fruits and veggies back home with me.
