"Take A2 exit @ Mong Kok MTR to reach the hotel. Many types of rooms available based on who do you travel with (Disabled/spouse/family). Housekeepers are good & clean. Toiletries & bottled water are provided daily. Hotel situated away from the busy hub which is good. Hotel room furnitures are old. We have to climb up the stairs to reach the “ mini lobby”. Hotel staff are rude, NO manners, impolite which reflects most hongkies. "
