"We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! Overall, as 2 young couples, we will definetly be back! Thank you! "

"Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill...

"We had a bucket list trip to Italy and this hotel was the best place, and really made our trip memorable and terrific! We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those...
