"Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants neaby. The hotel bar has great drinks and atmosphere. If your too lazy to leave, they also have great quick bites. The rooms are very clean and offer excellent amenities. The biggest 5 star rating about this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Very helpful and really nice to talk to. We changed our reservation to leave Vienna quicker than anticipated and are so thankful we did. To be honest, I thought I was going to go home disliking...

"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. The classic decoration and the old Austrian style was impressive but at the same time you could easily identify how well maintained this hotel is up to detail. "We had a great time staying at Trend Salzburg. We were able to check in very early because we took an early train overnight and arrived early. We were very impressed that we could check in and have a shower and freshen up before we started the day. Staff were very friendly."

"“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre."
