"The room was as shown in the pictures. We had a balcony that I didn't know was an option. Unfortunately it is on the corner and we were advised to not go out after dark and to not go down the one side of the building due to the thugs that were hanging around out there and were known to pick pocket. They advised that we were better to go walking during the day or if we were going t go out to not go down that one side of the building. So we just enjoyed the view from the balcony. "AVOID!! Didn't feel safe in this property i had to move and pay for somewhere else the first night, area not secured as gates left open, loud music & cars beeping late at night. People running back and forth shouting outside our room, men leaving room doors open so everyone could see inside. Room was smelly, dirty and worn down. Did not look anything like the pictures displayed."

"Overall a great place to stay! The room was small but very clean. We were on the 4th floor - no elevator, lots of stairs. The street below is noisy (mostly police sirens). There is a bakery/bread shop around the corner with delicious croissants, etc. It was only a half hour walk to the Louvre. There is no hotel shuttle as listed, but Uber only cost us $50 from the airport and $35 back. It is close to a metro stop which takes you anywhere you want to go around the city. Front desk staff...

"nice location and plenty of food places around for evening meal, also a nice Carrefour a few minutes walk away. breakfast was fine apart from the single coffee machine being broken so hot drinks with breakfast was a No. overall some paint and tidy up the outside a bit as not as inviting as could be but the rooms etc all good."

"I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again."
