The staff couldn't be nicer and goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The owners, Pascale and Henri are very sweet, as is Nina who takes care of the breakfast and other things around the property. The pool is big and well maintained. We had breakfast on the terrace by the pool every morning. There is a little path...

"A brilliant construction and location in the stunning gorge location. Lovely room and large patio to enjoy breakfast alongside the roaring river. Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors. The owner and waitress were charming and informative, but we were both startled and disappointed at the continuing grumbles from the receptionist, especially when asked about messages that my daughter had sent there."

"A decent 3-star hotel. Rooms are nice but relatively old. Amazing pool area. Wifi is horrible, which is an issue as there is also not enough coverage for mobile data - they say they are aware of the issue, but don’t seem to be addressing it."
