"This is a nice hotel with great location, but not having an AC in the middle of August heat wave really spoiled the experience. We spent two quite miserable and sweaty nights, while otherwise, happy with the service, rooms, and breakfast."

Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...
