"Nice Hotel in a good location. Tidy and nice double room with a great view. Quiet location but close to town centre. Staff in reception and restaurant very friendly and helpful. Enjoyable breakfast and dinner. Only grumble is the bar staff had to be called at reception by guests during the evening."

"Our first room was ideal for me and my mum , but the tv didn’t work , so there was no hesitation from the staff and they moved us straight away and wow we got upgraded to a suite which was amazing , my 85 year old was crying when she saw it and the view was overlooking the sea .. plus we had 2 tvs:) Thanks to the staff for making our stay extra special "

The area was on the very far end road and felt very safe. Plenty of walks nearby. Shorter and longer. We did Raven Hall to Robin Hoods Bay and back in 3hrs. The staff was incredble.
