"Beautiful grounds, good breakfast (extra charge). We arrived exactly on time for reception, but no one was there just a note with undecipherable directions to room which was several buildings and 400m away - no map as to location and poor written directions. Also, the Expedia cost was supposed to be $174.90 USD but charged $212.99 USD - $38.09 USD extra for breakfast for 2? Seems a bit high for breakfast!"

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."
