"Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it. "The hotel was actually very sizeable for what' we needed it for especially I did go with my little girls so great that McDonald's was across the road. In terms of transport links the metro is right across the road also and good shops and a local park around the corner for children. "
