"Received clean linen for bed, there was a quilt & pillow. The receptionist very warm & friendly, I had 2 room mates, who I did not know before, which helped with feeling of being safe, form male predictors. We all attended the same conference. There was some one to have conversation with, & go shopping with. The atmosphere was vibrant"

"Dockside was a very cozy place in Gamla Stan. The showers were nice and many. The kitchen was small but adequate. Wish the bathrooms were also down below but still not bad. The beds were comfortable and clean."

"No info on shared room number of beds. I was placed in 6 bed room... One fridge for all hostel. No milk for drinks. Not enough lockers. I had a lock and it was too small. The hotel had another one but I wasn't given one. Rooms are extremly small and in basement. The most horrible thing pests - I left with lots of bites ... It has to be closed... The only good thing - central location..."

Learn more about Rosersberg

Get away to secluded Rosersberg! Enjoy the local cuisine, golf, and countryside.

Rosersberg Palace is one of the best kept secrets among Sweden’s royal palaces. At Rosersberg time stands still.

The Oxenstierna family built the palace in the 1630s. It became a royal palace in 1762, when the state gave Rosersberg to Gustav III’s younger brother Karl XIII. King Karl XIV Johan and Queen Desideria spent long, relaxing summers at Rosersberg.

The rooms remain almost untouched from the 1795-1825 period. Here you can find some of Europe’s best preserved Empire interiors. The palace also has a café with a outdoor terrace.

The endless park in the breathtaking landscape of Mälaren adds to the charm of Rosersberg.
