"Arrived well before official checkin time. Room was ready. Although they tried to upsell their newer renovated rooms which were empty. They were nice but it wasn’t a free upgrade. Their initial remark was my booked room requires stairs climbing which I did not find an issue to begin with. The basic room was pretty much the same as the one I stayed in many years ago. Clean but ancient. There were kettle and fridge. Wifi never seemed to work but I never inquired further as I have my mobile data....

"This is the perfect place to stay on the island if you don’t want to pay £300 a night or stay in a hostel/cheap chalet. We were in one of the blocks. Don’t let this put you off! The rooms are beautiful, clean and have everything you need. We booked 3 nights and ended up extending our stay by 3 more…we could have happily stayed even longer. Coral bay is great, a few bars and places to eat, shops, movie nights and cocktails and wine at Ombak and of course access to dive/snorkel and water...

"Heerlijk dichtbij het strand, centrale locatie op het eiland. Prachtige snorkel plek 1 minuut van de kamer vandaan. De kamer zelf was teleurstellend. Kamer was erg vochtig, wat waarschijnlijk komt door de lekkage. De hotelmedewerker was erg vriendelijk!"

"True island experience in a little cabin. A short walk from the main beach but bring a torch for getting home at night! Cute, rickety little private jetty out front for the best views, sun bathing, snorkeling and breakfast spot. Toilets are 10meters away in the forest and can be a bit creepy at night with insects. The owner was fantastic and organised our transfers to the airport after aswell as snorkel rental. "
