"AVOID!! Didn't feel safe in this property i had to move and pay for somewhere else the first night, area not secured as gates left open, loud music & cars beeping late at night. People running back and forth shouting outside our room, men leaving room doors open so everyone could see inside. Room was smelly, dirty and worn down. Did not look anything like the pictures displayed."

"Great value for money. Clean and located close to Metro and bus stops. Reception is super nice. Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage. But it also wasn’t that bad that it ruined the stay. Would come back!"

"The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

Very Clean we have everything we need. although there is no staff around, connecting with the help desk or customer service is very easy, convenient and they reply promptly. There are a lot of places to buy your groceries and bakeries all over. very close to the Main Train Station like Gare du Nord and Gare el Est. "Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it.
