"The staff was very kind. The only issue was that q curtan came down and the repair was poor because it felt down again. We stayed in the suit with a private pool that turned out to be a jacuzzi but the jets were not working. The food was good but it’s only vegetarian. The walk to beach is about 15 mins, and the walk to the mains street is about 15 min but at night was very dark so we drove. "

"The beach is pretty, the pool is very nice, and the staff are kind, but there are issues. Our room was basic. It was supposed to have an ocean view, which it did, but only if you were standing up! Pretty disappointing. The balcony area outside our room was shared, not private, and there were too few chairs for everyone to even sit down. We asked for more chairs but they were never provided. There was also a very bright light on the balcony which stayed on all night and shined into our room....

"A really nice place out of noise but also right in the main road. While we were here we experienced some difficulties, however we decided to hope that we were just unlucky. First of all, if the directions have not been corrected it can be pretty hard to find the place. If you just go for the salsa studio called Timbal on street 3 and then turn right on the road directly after Timbal and before Prima Luna, go to the end and the Hostel will be there. "This was a fabulously unique experience. The staff was fun, and became our friends. It is the jungle, and rural. The power went out at 4:00 many days. But typically came on in an hour or so. If you are looking for a genuine Colombia adventure go here!"

"New management and staff members at this facility do not live up to Selina’s standards that I’ve expected. Kitchen was filthy and inadequate. Central ground is covered with only dirt and completely uninviting. I got sick for 2 days, including swollen lips (like a bad Botox job) after having their seafood pasta. Bottomline, I will never study at Selina Palamino again, as long as the same management continues to operate there."

"Loved this hotel! It is so much more beautiful than in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bathroom, quite spacious! Lovely decor, nice pool for chilling out in the heat. The food was INCREDIBLE, artfully presented and delicious--best pancakes I've ever had in my entire life! The staff were all very friendly.
