"The rooms are very basic so if you’re looking for a little more space and comfort then maybe not for you. But staff were superb, friendly and welcoming. Hotel is in a good location with the exception of the bar / club across the road, a little noisy."

"Its ridiculous that you pay over 1000 SEK for a night and there is no cleaning inscluded. You have to do it yourself and if you don’t do it properly they will charge you for another 1000 SEK. And there is no WiFi. You get very little for the money. And for that much money they charge they should provide a much better bed. The beds are so soft you get back pains for days. I would never come back again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just a money machine with bad service. "

"Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

However, we arrived at 10am on a Sunday, reception closes at 5pm, so were given our keys by restaurant staff, which was ok but when we found our rooms they were unbearably hot and stuffy, and in one the bathroom fan was stuck on making a high pitch squeal. With no reception staff or night porter, we had to find a fuse box and cut the bathroom electricity in order to get to sleep. "The apartment was ok clean, but when we started to cook dinner we saw that there was a full trash can from the former guests. The reception closed at 19 so we couldn’t tell the reception. "

"Nice hotel, great breakfast, couldn't get a WiFi signal in our room which was just steps down from the lobby area. Hotel is farther out from downtown Ulricehamn which is great for visitors wanting to hike and enjoy the quiet. We were there only one night."

"Mycket bra hotell. Bra rum med det man behöver. Varmt och skönt trots busväder ute. Bra utbud på frukostbuffén. Men ”matlagningen ” måste trappas upp. Äggröran var rörig, baconet var mer än knaperstekt. Löskokt ägg rann ur skalet. Hårdkokt ägg var också lite flytande. Typ löskokt! Skärpning! Men annars var allt bra!"
