My biggest frustration was the poor communication with the property before checking in. I didn't receive any info on how to get the keys, which you have to retrieve from a nearby underground parking garage lockbox. "I can recommend this hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly. It is helpful if you can speak some Spanish as English is not widely spoken in the area. The situation is ideal as it is just across one road to the beautiful Samil beach.The hotel is small and is ideal for travellers - it is not a package holiday hotel i.e. no bar or swimming pool etc but has a well equipped outside kitchen for guests to use and has plenty outside seating in the gardens. Ideal for a relaxing time."
