"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. "This is a hidden gem. I really loved my large beautifully decorated room with a terrace. The staff were very responsive. Excellent service, very convenient location, beautiful decor, classy and authentic breakfast. I would highly recommend it and I will come back."

"The hotel itself was sparkling clean and a great location. I didn't find any place to control the temperature, though, and had to cycle through opening the windows (noisy) or closing them (hot), and this was in February. Also, the bed top slid off when I tried to get out of bed in the morning, and I fell on the floor. But the host was very kind, and helpful with directions."
