"+ breakfast tasty with homemade pastry + stuff so kind and willing to help with everything +location near the beach + everyday room cleaning and new towels + balcony view was nice +possibility to leave lagguage on the reception on checkin and checkout days - no elevator (for 3rd foor rooms might be difficult, we have no problem with that) - no wifi connection in the room, sometimes weak connection in common areas - fan in the room not enough to vool down room temperature "

"Good location - just off the main road; 15 min bus ride to train station; 10 min walk to the beach (6 EUR / person). Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Marco and his family were very welcoming. GOOD VALUE for the money! A/C room available upon request. The bathrooms are small and combine the toilet with shower; prone to flooding (though not out into the room)."

"The hotel is slightly dated but the staff are superb and the location in a nice quiet area only a few minutes walk to the main street and beach are handy. The train station is about 20 mins walk. The breakfast was nice and I found the reception staff very approachable. The room was basic but very clean."

"I went to room and couldn't stay. There were two cots, you couldn't walk between, so small. No chance my luggage would have made it in. My home closet is bigger. I left the hotel and found a better one"

"Отличный небольшой отельчик через дорогу от моря. Отель Avenusta позиционирует себя как отель 1*, но по-моему мнению вполне заслуживает 3* благодаря очень приятному и вежливому персаналу(они-же хозяева), месторасположению, чистоте и отличному питанию! Мы брали завтрак и ужин. На завтраках всё как обычно, а вот ужины нам очень понравились! Сначала в Вашем распоряжении буфет - Шведский стол, а потом подаются основные блюда. Так-же очень порадовали бесплатные напитки за ужином, такое редко...
